A media group owner has said something interesting. ``All Muslims are not terrorists. But all terrorists are Muslims. I don’t see why we should be afraid of accepting such facts’’. The high profile entrepreneur and journalist made the statement at a music performance in Hubli. What is even more interesting is that there were some Muslims among the guests and performers!  I thought I would add here, some facts that such people may not be afraid to accept.  Intelligence agencies of India , USA , UK , and other countries have identified nearly 125 global terror outfits. Half of these have Christian cadres. The motto of some such organizations is to convert the world into ``The Promised Land’’. A third of these have Muslim cadres. Avarana – An Introduction

The author Santeshivara Lingannaiah Bhairappa is a Kannada writer. He is the author of the popular and much discussed book Avarana. He retired after teaching at the Mysore based Regional Institute of Education, Sardar Patel University and NCERT, New Delhi. He was born in a poor Brahmin family in Santeshivara village in Hassan district on July 26, 1934. Now he lives in Mysore. He is married and has two sons. In college, he majored in Philosophy. He was awarded a Doctor of Philosphy (PhD) from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda for his thesis Satya Mattu Soundarya (Truth and Beauty). The novel Avarana The Mysore University's dictionary gives the meaning of Avarana as cover, environment, ambience and surroundings. In his novel, the term Avarana has also been used to imply falsehood and deliberate attempt to hide the truth. He describes it as a novel based on medieval Indian history. B Narayan Rao profile 1955-2020  It was the year 1979 and a team of senior BJP leaders were driving from Hyderabad to Kalaburagi. They stopped at Humnabad to address a party rally. A young man emerged from the audience and disrupted their speech. He countered their claims over the Nizam of Hyderabad being a tyrant who lived a lavish lifestyle. The young man argued, that their claims were unfounded. He said that the Nizam was a benevolent and virtuous man, who had ensured harmony in the society. He had taken up several infrastructure projects like irrigation schemes, and set up industries, opened universities and colleges and promoted the arts.
